Hello
For a few weeks now, our MC Eventlog gets "spammed" by these events:
notice
audit.log.event
Auditing error (Audit messages transmission resumed.) occurred at
notice
audit.log.event
Auditing error (Audit messages started to drop. Reason = No buffer space available) occurred at
This "eventflood" happens several times a week and goes on for about two hours, with a total of ~2000 events during this time.
So far we've found that the process for this is "MGWD", but that's it. No further info on how to identify the source of this.
Has anyone else seen this?
Any hint would be much appreciated.

I am decommissioning two nodes in a four node NetApp cluster. The cluster is a SnapMirror destination and source. I edited the cluster peer relationships on each peer cluster and removed the IP's for the nodes being decommissioned. I then disabled and deleted the two intercluster LIFs for the two nodes being decommissioned. For good measure, I removed the intercluster ports on these two nodes from the broadcast domain Replication is still working, but for some reason the System Manager GUI shows "Availability" as "Partial" for each peer cluster. Similarly, at the command prompt, when I enter "cluster peer health show", there are still entries for the two nodes that are being decommissioned. Any ideas on how to clean up the cluster database and tell it to get rid of these IP's fully?

Hello: I have a MirrorAndVault snapmirror policy, with the defaults set to keep 7 daily and 52 weekly snapshots. However, the destination volume only has the snapmirror created snapshots, despite the fact that dakly and weekly snapshots exist at the source volume. I have the feeling that this is something stupid in the setup, but for the life of me I can't see it. Can anyone explain this? This is 9.5P6 (both sides). Thanks...
