can not restore ossv backup using Netapp management console (dfm)

Hello,

I am not able to restore a backup using Netapp management console (dfm) where the backup was done using protection manager. The primary system is a Microsoft cluster and the secondary system is a fas2040 filer. while restoring i am getting the Below errors

bppmdch04-vip: Connection had exception bppmdch04-vip: Failed to connect to filer

for now i had a work around

Create a CIFS share to /vol/vol_name/qtree_name

\\filer\share_name$\~snapshot\name_of_snapshot

Drag and drop the file or folder

But it should be restored by using Netapp management console (dfm) which is not working and restore job is failed.

Can you attach ossvinfo dir.

To collect, go to:

C:\Program Files\netapp\snapvault\bin>OSSVINFO.exe -s filer -l root:password ossvinfo

'Ossvinfo' is saved in /bin directory in the same path.
