Hi Alex,
You may be running into this BURT (http://now.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&Display=313882)... which BTW has been fixed (see the link for fixed versions of ONTAP).
Cheers, Tony

Hi Tony,
Thanks Tony
I will try your method later.
Our DOT version is 7.3.3, and the volume size is 3.8TB ( show in filerview ) , 2 qtree inside the volume, and each qtree have LUN 2T which is not space-reserved.
Do you think the error is related this configuration?

Alex

Hi Alex,
I don't see anything particularly problematic with the configuration you've outlined.
As for the BURT, based on the fact that you're already running 7.3.3 (which contains the fix), this may be a redherring. I'd recommend you open up a case with NetApp Global Support. Alternatively, you could try the fix outlined in the BURT.... unfortunately, it involves taking the volume offline which is probably something you'll need time to plan and schedule.
Cheers, Tony

Tony,
Thank you for help.
The problem solved after offline the volume and online again.
Regards,
Alex
