First, disk firmware, shelf firmware, bmc/sp firmware and the disk qualification are all installed the same way in the GUI. Very easy
on that same page, open each node and it will show the current version of the DQP.
with that said, I suggest to my customers to download and install all three shelf/disk related files every 3-4 months and install if they are needed or not. It certainly doesn’t hurt to reinstall the save file and get into the practice of keeping the state subsystem firmware up to date.
If you ever want to roll one of these back, which you really shouldn’t, ever…. It’s done on the command line
