netapp 2240 performance issue

i am using netapp 2240. my aggregate is 76% in use while its volume is 98% in use. However LUN relevant to this volume is in normal state. but I am experiencing dead slow I/O performance. What should i do ?

hello:

       There are many reasons for the slow performance. You need to check the overall cluster latency and overall cluster health. Volume latency ranking, IOPS and throughput of volumes with the largest traffic volume; CPU usage; cpu and disk usage of a node. I still recommend that you contact netAPP technical support for further analysis

I have checked all things you mentioned. All these are OK in status. However, VM which is located at that datastore whose volume is 98% in usage, has slow performance.
