not possible upgrade ONTAP

Hell and sorry for my bad english,

I try to upgrade my ONTAP version. I tried two version but always the same error :

Error: show failed: Root volume record not found for nodes: STOCKAGE-01, STOCKAGE-02. 

I don't know how i can do to for resolve this.... I have 5 clusters Netapp C250, these cluster are under contract but this cluster FAS2720 is not, so i can't open ticket. I use it for backup so i d'like to upgrade it for security. So this cluster is not for production

       Usually this situation has to go to the diagnostic level of recovery, which may involve an outage, and I think you should still have to contact netAPP technical support for their guidance on the next step to resolve the issue.
