system configuration backup to OCUM

I like to use a web server for backing up filer configs. At this point I am not success but a colleague of mine suggested using OCUM. We are running ONTAP 9.8P4 version. This a new update as ftp no longer supported.

I've tried everything and not yet able to get a successful upload. I need that in order to setup the settings to do this consistently.

Server is Centos 7.1 and OCUM is 9.5 version not an OVA version.

Has any one done this before?

Look, FTP regardless is CLEAR text. This is a security risks period.
Has anyone used OCUM to backup their filer config to?

This may be helpful in performing a back up. FTP is still a viable option, if it's causing issues we may need additional information.

Also please reference the below CLI tools:

Again this is NOT a viable options since FTP still present passwords as clear text. This is a security risks.

BTW https and FTPS is available for those using ONTAP 9.7 and higher releases.

Again has ANYONE setup OCUM for the purpose of backing up their filers to?

I have not seen OCUM being used for this purpose personally.

However in the prior link provided, HTTPS is an available option as well.

HTTPS is not available for 9.6.x version and older.
You need to be at 9.7 and above.
