system state backup issue

I am facing the issue with System state backup. i am unable to start the system state backup in win2k8 and win2k3.

Please suggest.

when i run the command to start the backup :- sudo ssh gbrhou01xd001 snapvault start -S source client:systemstate detination filer.

once i run the command it shows transffer started but after 5 min once i check the status it shows secondary snapvault is on. and backup not started.
