3020 CFE boot fail

Guys

  Used 3020 Filer, failing to boot, not getting anywhere from CFE...

  Not able to boot_backup or boot_ontap or boot_primary...  the error says Could not load fat://ide0.0/backup/X86_ELF/kernel/primary.kern.

You need to netboot filer and download boot image on Compact Flash card.

I've ifconfig'ed a nic, got dhcp, typed netboot http://10.0.blah/733_netboot.q  (which exists)... and got

Socket not connected, *** command status = -39

I've tested the http server, file downloads fine... md5sum 7546313fe64a2619e9bebaa03f29e2e4
