8.2p2 & mode single chassis controller stuck in loader prompt.

Hello we needed to reset out controller password and we hard reset the controller and it wont boot back up. Bye and Boot_ontap takes us back to loader prompt.

I suggest reseating the mother board. Pull out of the chassis for 5 minutes and re-insert. Its possible a hardware replacement may be necessary.
