Combine Raidgroups of same disk type

On a FAS3170, we have 2 raidgroups  that belong to 1 aggregate, each of size 18, with the same type of  disks and also the same speed.

 
Can we change the raidgroup size and combine those 2 raidgroups to reclaim a couple of disks?

We can't shrink or remove disks from an aggregate or raid group.  So, you can only add to those existing raid groups, but can't combine them.  Also, the max FC/SAS/SSD raid group size is 28 (26D+2P with RAID_DP) so that is too many drives for one raid group and you wouldn't gain space if we could combine them.
