Several DS4243 systems have been transferred to my lab and the front of one of the drive carriers has been broken so that the handle will not stay closed. I am looking at trying to find a replacement drive carrier. The part number on the top of the carrier is 0942842-10. I am having difficulty locating the correct serial number on my DS4243. Can anyone point me to the location on the device itself for the correct serial number so that I can start the process of ordering a new drive carrier?
