What is the best way to obtain the disk information for FAS250 please?

What do you want to know? what disks are in the appliance?

storage show disk from command line should tell you that.

You can also use the 'sysconfig -d' command to get all the model and size info.

In FilerView, you can get the same information in the Storage menu.
