Hello,
Recently we got Cisco Nexus 5672 switch. My question - is it possible/supported to connect 8040 with 4 10G Ethernet ports to 5682 Cisco switch using QSFP to Four SFP+ Copper Breakout Cables?
Currently filers are connected using ordinary 10G copper cables and four ports are trunked into one logical/LACP interface with VLANs. So my goal is to reduce number of cables coming from the cabitet hosting Netapp filers from 16 (8x10g cables) to just four.
Thanks

Hello All
i am at Customer Site today and i realized that the Network Team wanted to connect the AFF8080 running ONTAP 9.0 to Cisco Switches with CISCO 10m active Cables.
QSFP-4X10G-AC10M=
I guess tht is explicitely not supported
Regards from Switzerland
Udo
