Hi,

 

I get this errors :  "environment status" :ACP installed element list: 1, 2; with error: 2

 

Please any can help.

Hi there!

 

One of the ACP controllers has failed to respond. Assuming the system is running 7 mode, run "storage show fault" to confirm if it is in IOM B - This is a FAS2240-2, with no external shelves, based on the log provided. Takeover controller B from A, remove controller B from the chassis for 70 seconds, then reinstall and fail back and it may clear it. Otherwise, the fault may be permanent.

Assuming the system is running 7 mode, run "storage show fault" to confirm if it is in IOM B - This is a FAS2240-2, with no external shelves, based on the log provided. Takeover controller B from A, remove controller B from the chassis for 70 seconds, then reinstall and fail back and it may clear it. Otherwise, the fault may be permanent.
