Gracefully Remove Tape Drives and Library from cDOT

Is it as simple as doing 'storage tape offline' to gracefully remove an LTO library and its drives from our FAS 8060 running cDOT 8.3?  We're in the process of replacing it with something better and would like to completely unplug it from our FAS 8060.

I've included the output of 'storage tape show' and 'storage tape show-media-changer' below:

filer::storage show> storage tape show
