HA pair showing broken disks

Hi All,

I am a bit of a Netapp newbie but have recently shutdown our 3240 HA pair and installed some PCIe FCOE cards. Upon booting back up one of the controllers is reporting broken disks (init failed) which are owned by the other controller. From what I understand it should be reporting as partner. Everything seems to be working fine however. The secondary controller is seeing the disks as online and correctly recognising the partner disks.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Cheers,

I found the issue seems to be a bug with System Manager 3.0. I tried with an earlier version 2.0 and all is now showing correctly.
