How does deduplication work if file/folder are renamed or compressed?

As I undertand the FAS boxes do offer data dedeplication. We are wondering what happend with renamed files and/or folders?

I do not expect that anything happens at all. File content does not change and remains in the same state it was before renaming.

Ok that sounds good 🙂 

Is there a way to visualize all versions(even if they are renamed) of the object in question in a single timeline directly on the FAS box (e.g. in a browser)?
