How to add a New DS4243 Disk shelf in to an existing FAS 2040 ?Having single contrlr with ISCSI.

Dear All One of my customer having FAS 2040 with single controller ,1TB*12 with front end connectivity of ISCSI.Please suggest me how to add a newly arrived DS4243 disk shelf ,How I should cable the disk shelf(SAS),Could it be Hot add? I mean can I add this in running storage controller ,Please if anybody have any document describing step by step, your comments are appreciated.Thanks in advance.
