Licensing Windows Bundle FAS2020A

I have only one question :

Can someone tell me how many Software Windows Bundle i must have to work with my FAS2020A ?

Licensing is it in 1 license/FAS or 1 license / controller ?

It's 1 license / controller.

It's really 2 licenses....but when you ask your reseller for a quote ask for a "cluster license". You get 2 x license keys for everything but it's not 2x the cost of software for a single controller.
