Module X60130A with 2 ports, one for Optical and one port for copper .

we have AFFA50 We have IO Module X60130A with 2 ports ,Out of 2 ports does one port can be used for  Optical  with transreceiver and and other for Ethernet(Copper) .

We are planning to use one port for storage and one port for Data as part of Dual NIC 

does it supports.

• How many disk shelves do you have?
• Are you using switched storage or switchless storage?
• Do you have a single NIC or dual NIC (X60130A )?

1. If you have 1x shelf and single NIC switched or switchless storage then you have no ports free as you will cable as per the attached image to ports e3a and e3b.
2. If you have 2x shelf and dual NIC switchless then you have no ports free.
3. If you have 1x shelf and dual NIC then you would have free ports on each card that you can mix optical (AOC + transceiver) and copper (DAC).
4. If you have >2x shelf and dual NIC and switched storage, then you would have free ports on each card that you can mix optical (AOC + transceiver) and copper (DAC).

This card is a QSFP28 card and will support:

• copper Ethernet at 40 or 100Gbps via DAC (Direct Attached Copper); OR
• optical Ethernet at 40 with transceiver and 100Gbps via both AOC (Active Optical Cable) and transceiver.

Thank s for the update .
It’s a Single disk shelf ,we have Same NIC X60130A in slot 01 and 03,In slot 01 we have used a Transceiver for Data network and Slot 03 for Storage connectivity .

We are going to use one port for storage on slot01 and one port from slot03 and we are using on port from slot 1 with transceiver for data and one port from slot03

E1b and e3a for storage and e1a and e3b for Data network .
