Can anyone help me with step wise Netapp 7 modde decommissioning. ?

If you are referring to the way to inform NetApp of the decommissioned system:

1. Log in to the NetApp Support site (https://mysupport.netapp.com)
2. Select "My Products"
3. Search for the system to decommission in "View Installed Systems"
4. From the pull-down menu of the "Product Tool Set" column for the system, select "Decommission this System".
