Perform controller refresh from FAS3240 to FAS8020 in NetApp CDOT

We have recently migrated to NetApp CDOT on FAS3240AE switchless cluster. As part of the controller refresh program, we want to replace the FAS3240AE Controllers with FAS8020 controllers. Is there any best way of getting this doen with minimal downtime. Please help.

It is possible to do that with no downtime.  The procedure requires a high level of skill, but it is available to partners.  Ask your partner if they can perform a non-disruptive controller upgrade.
