Hello everyone,
I have to reinstall both of my controllers after a disk failure, but I can't find the sheet with the license keys anymore. The machine is no longer listed in my profile here at Netapp. My consulting company said I should use the chat, but unfortunately I can't because the serial number is not accepted there. Unfortunately, the hardware is no longer supported.
Can someone help me with this?

I'm sorry to hear you lost the sheet with the keys!
Unfortunately, that is something you may have to engage the account team for additional information. I cannot be certain that they would have the information on record, but it would be the best chance at finding it outside of the lost paper.
