Hi,

I have a issue when execute this operation are took 5 minutes average.

snapdrive snap connect -fs /storage/suporte/data01 /mnt/rodrigo -snapname 10.250.0.65:/vol/G11_DATA01_SUPORTE:teste -autorename -noreserve

I only have use-https-to-filer="off" defined in snapdrive.conf

I cannot understand why so long time to execute this, another operation like "snap disconnect" or "snap create" don't have this issue.

My snapdrive Version 5.3.2.
The original NFS options are

rw,bg,hard,nointr,tcp,vers=3,timeo=600,rsize=32768,wsize=32768

Someone Can help-me to understand this lag ?

Best Regards,

Rodrigo

Hello,

Troubleshooting performance issue while performing Snap connect would need to review logs and troubleshooting. You might need to collect some logs and create a new case to understand whats happening during the connect that it is taking too long.

I have attached couple links below that might help in understanding where to look as far as trying to identify the issue:

1. Verify you following best practices: https://www.netapp.com/us/media/tr-4212.pdf

2. How snapdrive connect work: https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMLP2849341/html/GUID-AE5258B0-FA5D-463D-B9B7-0C3B2FE890DC.html

3. Collect snapdrive.dc logs : https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMLP2849340/html/GUID-17950ED8-EC91-477C-B94D-43C75B831D72.html
