• Maximun Aggr size: 400TB
• Maximun Flexvol size 100TB
• Maximun Lun size: 16TB

is there Different LUN Size(FC,FCOE and ISCSI),

16 TB max lun size is same across all protocols. No difference.

FC/iSCSI are just connections. That doesn't impact the way the system works outside of the connectivity.

These types of "limits" questions can usually be answered by looking up the platform and ONTAP version in the NetApp Hardware Universe.
