Hi Team,
I have copied the firmware files in /etc/disk_fw folder ,some of the disks are still not upgraded. Can i do a upgrade manually?
Regards,
Saran
Hi Saran,
You can manually initiate a disk firmware update, from the CLI, using the command: "disk_fw_update". This is NOT recommended on a busy/live system. When this command is issued, a Warning will appear as well before you continue.

If we want run manually in the production system ,do we have alternative for upgrading?

An alternative to upgrading the disk firmware i assume you mean.. Unfortunately no.. if the firmware needs to be updated, then it would be best to get downtime or an agreed outage window
