replace new disk with error

i just replace 1 disk of 3140 (DS14) with used disk and got this error

the disk are the same model what can be the error?

This means replacement disk was marked as failed in previous system. It is possible to unfail it in advanced mode, but there must be a reason why it was marked as failed in the first place.

but after unfaild the disk and reassign it

what is DISK BAD LABEL ?

Please show output of “aggr status -f”

i have done FW update and then unfaild the disk and insert to spares.
