vscan connection-status is showing Disconneted

Hi 

 

I have added AV server  to controllers and but is showing disconncted and not showing disconneted reason

Apart from adding SEP to controllers , Do need to do some other configuration at Filer level and please lhelp in this and  atached text file for info

 

10.90.87.23 (AV Sevrer with Agent installation)

Please post the version of your Data ONTAP, Windows server, Antivirus software and SMB protocol used on the server etc. Also, please check the message and debug logs on Data ONTAP, as well as the logs on the vSCAN servers to see if there is any clue. Data provided in this post seems to be too little for troubleshooting.
