I would like to know what is the "E" means about IOM12E?

enhanced? Embedded?

and what is the different between the IOM12E & IOM12B &IOM12 ?

You are right and the "E" is for "Embed" (How do shelf product IDs and modules in ONTAP map to a model of a shelf or storage system with embedded storage?)

IOM12B is a different version of an IOM12. More information at How do I identify the difference between IOM12 and IOM12B? and Can IOM12B and IOM12 modules be mixed in the same shelf stack?
