Testing NetApp Saas Backup. Sharepoint backup fails with: Failed to get Sharepoint sites information

Hello,

I'm testing NetApp Saas Backup at the moment, and one of the things I want to backup is my Office 365 Sharepoint online environment. During the setup and the first sync run it fails with the message "Failed to get Sharepoint sites information". 

The backups of OneDrive works fine.

The backup of Groups just failed with a message: "The account do not have permission to impersonate for this mailbox"

Could anyone tell me how to find a cause of this problem?

I'm thinking this looks like a permission problem, maybe even for both problems.

The Sharepoint sync problem has been fixed by Netapp support. So that one look OK now. The groups backup is still failing with the impersonate error message.
