SnapManager to SnapCenter Transition

Unable to see disks previously created using snapdrive or connect new iscsi disks

We are currently in the process of converting snapdrive / snapmanger for sql  products to use snapcenter 4.8P1 toolset.

We have installled snapcenter software on Windows 2019 Server Std Edition. Have configured credentials, added ONTAP storage systems. Added a few Windows hosts. (Which then pushes out the snapcenter plug in).

The issue we are having is we are unable to browse disks connected to hosts in snapcenter. Can see Initiator groups and iscsi sessions just not disks.

The other issue we keep running into also is when attempting to create new disks. It appears to show invalid iscsi initiators and will not allow us to progress beyond this step. (Highlighted below)

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Could you share the "SCWDebug.log" from the SCW Plug-in on the Windows 2019 host?
