Remove PendingActive Node

Hi
H610S4 node stuck in PendingActive state because of insufficient IPs in one of the Address Blocks. I increased the IP Address Block size, but it seems I have to to re-add the node. What is the API call to remove PendingActive node (pendingNodeID=72 assignedNodeID=68) ?
