Snapmanager for SQL issue (error codes:0xc00408d4,0x80770004,0xc0040837) job failed

Dear all,

This is a issue with a backup job on SnapManager for SQL Server.

The errors displaying below:

13:18:08.995 #1 : EC012QSQL - Northwind : Failed with error code 0xc00408d4.
13:18:08.995 #1 : EC012QSQL - Northwind Error : VDI backup thread was informed to abort the backup of EC012QSQL : Northwind.
13:18:08.995 #2 : EC012QSQL - pubs : Failed with error code 0xc00408d4.
13:18:08.995 #2 : EC012QSQL - pubs Error : VDI backup thread was informed to abort the backup of EC012QSQL : pubs.
13:18:08.995 #3 : EC012QSQL - QBAnalytics : Failed with error code 0xc00408d4.
13:18:08.995 #3 : EC012QSQL - QBAnalytics Error : VDI backup thread was informed to abort the backup of EC012QSQL : QBAnalytics.
13:18:08.995 #4 : EC012QSQL - QBCollection_Plus : Failed with error code 0x80770004.
13:18:08.995 #4 : EC012QSQL - QBCollection_Plus Error : EC012QSQL : QBCollection_Plus Unexpected termination: 0x80770004
13:18:08.995 #5 : EC012QSQL - QBCollection_Plus_GR_Dialer : Failed with error code 0xc00408d4.
13:18:09.010 #5 : EC012QSQL - QBCollection_Plus_GR_Dialer Error : VDI backup thread was informed to abort the backup of EC012QSQL : QBCollection_Plus_GR_Dialer.

When the operation terminate, Windows Virtual Disk Service Stops.

I have found that "Error Code: 0xc00408d4" is when someone has added a database but not updated the config of the SQL master.  Then just run the SMSQL config wizard and re run the backup.

There was also a problem with the SQL index services on the database.
