Is it possible to change the management IP on SF?
I don't know of any user-accessible method. Maybe Support can do it for you within a short scheduled downtime but you should contact Support to inquire about that.
Or maybe you can implement a workaround (e.g. route via a trusted proxy, for example, if you have an F5 load balancer or similar device that can provide an IP proxy to MVIP for you).
