How to change AFF to FAS?

AFF with environment variable "bootarg.init.flash_optimized true"
I would like to switch to FAS.

"setenv bootarg.init.flash_optimized false"

When inputting, an error (-69) is output.

I can't find any documentation explaining the process for changing from AFF to FAS.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Ok, thanks. Old equipment was possible and could actually be converted, but is AFF A300 impossible?

it was always a one way action and only on old gear (fas80x0) with older ONTAP releases. Once the personality was set to aff and/or you updated ONTAP part a certain point you could not flip it any longer.
