Beginning with ONTAP 9.2, all inline storage efficiency features, such as inline deduplication and inline compression, are enabled by default on AFF volumes. The below articles may be helpful also.

Just my view here..
With AFF250 (NVMe) Storage & 2x64bit 12 core, I guess all the 3 storage efficiency will do well. But, then I think the question will be - How is this box eventually loaded (capacity/performance), and will it benefit from compression and compaction both together at some point in future. It depends on the data-type as well, higher the compression rate is and the smaller the files are, the higher the compaction rate will be.

all are on, all are recommended to be left on for any AFF.
