More details will be helpful. Intermittent connectivity could be a sign of a duplicate IP.
Sorry, more details... Once installed and launched never reached any host, storage controller, ... I can ping from cmd, ssh and so on but from OneCollect impossible to reach any IP.
Are there any firewalls that could be blocking communication? Maybe even on the local machine. Test open ports with telnet or NetCat.
