Balance 4.1.1.2R1 does not discover "VMware vCenter Server" anymore

Since reinstalling NetApp OnCommand Balance 4.1.1.2R1 release, discovery of "VMware vCenter Server (4.1 release)" no longer works.

Login and password have been checked with success.
