Cannot download from Online Automation Store

I am attempting to download the "Script to Update Design File" and "CIFS_Shares" report file but when I submit the Captcha code the page just asks for me to do it again. There are no errors just a continuous challenge.

Logout of the store then access the store via https. Do not use a direct http link.
