DFM server SDK

I would like to know if its possible to use DFM server SDK to collect information on events-history report

for every volume resized ,the volume size before and after

Currently I can get only volume name from events-history report

I could not open and read this doc ,had encoding issues ,

Can someone please link pdf of this doc ,
