Hello,

I made a demo installation at a customer here in Austria. Everything worked fine. Now they decided to buy the dfm software. Ordering process is ongoing à I can’t open a case for my problem

After a reinstallation made by the customer we do not get any of these performance values:

CPU Busy (%) 

iSCSI Ops/Sec

FCP Ops/Sec

iSCSI Read Latency (millisec)

iSCSI Write Latency (millisec)

FCP Read Latency (millisec)

FCP Write Latency (millisec)

SAN Throughput (KB/Sec)

Also the reporting functionality for example lun performance report is not showing any values.

Are you using NMC or Operations Manager web ui to see the performance

values?

I use Operations Manager web ui to see the performance or reporting functionality of dfm

NO  NMC

This issue could be burt 400421.

Burt is opend for dfm4.0 we are using 3.8.1

Can you do a dfm host diag on the filers, where data is not collected, to see what is the perf status ?
