HTTP/80 returns Error 111 with ONTAP 9.2

Hi,

I am using NMSDK 5.7 to connect to NetApp filer

While HTTPS/443 is connecting to the filer running ONTAP 9.2, same is not happeining with HTTP/80.

It always return error 111 (CONNREFUSED)

I have properly set the port number and transport type before invoking the get version API.

When I tried same on a filer with ONTAP 9.1 it is working and no error is being returned.
