Using mysqldump could be a solution but with which user and password ?
Is there a native command line procedure available

I answer to myself
under \Program Files\NetApp\OnCommandReport\backup there is the backup.cmd script which do the complete MySQL backup
The script do more than the backup action launched by the OnCommand Report GUI. It save more database (not only the 7 listed above) and also the mysql configuration.
