Could you please perform below steps and let us know if it resolve the issue.
Please login into OCI: https://<oci_ip>/legacy/index and and then select troubleshooting under the advanced section, click on Force Update of Annotations.
Wait until the UI indicates that Annotations have been updated successfully.
Log into DWH and force an ETL.
