Limiting Administrators Roles in OnCommand

Hello,

I am looking for a way to limit Administrators roles in OnCommand.  I have OnCommand v5.1.0.15008 running on Windows Server 2008.

When I go into Administration>Users and Roles>Edit, and try to take away GlobalFullControl from an admin, it is not letting me do that evn though I myself am an admin with GlobalFullControl.

All ONC Administrators as far as I know are also Windows server admins on the 2008 server.
