Hello Folks,
I've somehow gotten myself locked out of netapp-harvest. I'm using 22.02.0-4.
I've tried resetting the admin password within Grafana to no avail and running through the harvest command within the harvest container I'm not seeing any way to reset the primary Harvest login credentials.
I've looked extensively through the Harvest documentation and searched these boards with no leads on resetting the admin web password.
I do have root on the appliance via SSH and can access the back end of everything.
Anyone know how to do what I presume must be a relatively common task?
Thanks!

Thanks to the lead from @Ontapforrum , I joined the Discord and spoke with the Harvest folks.
For anyone else this happens to, just log into the appliance root shell, and use 'passwd' to change the local shell account password for 'admin', then, once you are able to use that to log into Harvest, then within the Harvest web interface, use the settings option to update the 'admin' account password again, so that the updated password is propagated out to Grafana.
If you only change the 'admin' password on the root shell of the appliance, you won't be able to get into Grafana with that admin account.
They mentioned updating the FAQ and Troubleshooting sections of the Harvest docs with this information.

I don't know the answer but I came across this thread, have a look, in case you haven't seen them yet.

In the mean you could also reach out to NetApp Discord, I am sure someone from netapp-harvest team will be able to help you out.
Where can I find support for Grafana used by Harvest and Prometheus? (You can try reaching out to -"NetApp Discord" link inside kb)
