It's more a VMWare question - off the top of my head - don't put multiple vendors in a single SIOC storage pool, and be aware we have a number of tuning parameters relating to queueing for NFS that are set when you configure NetApp VSC, and there's the potential for those to interact badly with another vendor's NFS, but it's not common, and it should be fine.
