I created a report in Report Studio 6.4 that uses two fields that are percentages, They don't format correctly on the reports, either in tables, or on charts. In the Date Format: percent, there are two properties that I think might help, Percent Scale (Integer) and Scale. They appear to give differing results depending on the output file format. I am looking for documentation on how to use them.
