Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

Netapp Harvest counters

Have setup Netapp Harvest for our 7Mode (8.2.1) as per documentation and have it working and displaying graphs in Grafana, it's a great tool from first look!. However one of the dashboards imported as default (Windows File Services) displays no data/no data points for all subheadings.

 

We're experiencing some issues with CIFS latency and pblk exhaustion, so we'd really like these stats to pull in, can anyone advise?

 

The 7Mode Node dash for example seems to work, and i can view CIFS latency/CIFS reads etc on that screen, but no data at all on the Windows File Services dash.
